Staffing the Swedish Armed Forces

The project examines staffing in the Swedish Armed Forces, focusing on the balance between voluntary service and conscription. The researchers study how wage setting affects recruitment and retention, and how conscripts are selected. The project is conducted in collaboration with IFAU and SNS. Publication is planned for mid-2027.
